Thanks to this service, you could access a large network of reliable and certified professionals in Quebec (roofer, electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.).
The cost of the work is covered by the insured.
Aladin Home Assistance
Home Care (Available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)
This service allowed you to access help from a nurse at your home after a hospitalization of at least 2 consecutive days. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The maximum duration is 25 hours spread over a maximum of 5 successive days per hospitalisation.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.
The presentation of a recommendation from your doctor is mandatory.
Domestic Assistance (Available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)
Your minor household chores were taken care of by a housekeeper after a hospitalization of a minimum of 2 consecutive days. These tasks include washing clothes or preparing meals. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The maximum duration of the service is 20 hours per hospitalisation over a maximum of 5 successive days.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.
Childcare (Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day)
You could receive a babysitter benefit at home after your hospitalization of at least 2 days or simply when your child was sick. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The maximum duration of the service is 30 hours per hospitalisation or when your child is sick, over a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
A maximum of five benefits are offered per year.

Car*
Automotive help and advice from Aladin (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., unlimited number of calls)
Thanks to the Aladdin service, you could benefit from expert advice on auto mechanics, as well as information about repair rates, except those related to an accident.
Preventive inspection (Varies depending on the working hours of our relevant dealers)
This service allowed you to access a free preventive inspection every year and receive a 5% discount on repair work determined by the inspection, with the exception of the purchase of certain equipment and products such as tires and lubrication.
This offer is valid at the relevant UNI-PRO and Le Professionnel resellers only. It was the mechanic who defined the type of maintenance to be carried out, which could vary depending on the condition of the car.

We provide you with road maps with details of the approximate driving time, places of interest along the way, as well as attractions on site.
Annual travel arrangements to Canada or the United States. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska are not included.
Your itinerary was received within two weeks.
Travel insurance (Available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and weekends, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
You will always receive a 15% discount on your travel insurance premium. In addition, you had access to emergency medical care covered for two days, offered only once during your home insurance policy .
