3. Personal Information Collected
3.1 Submission Forms
When you fill out an insurance quote form on our site, we collect the following information:
- First and last name
- Mailing address and/or municipality of residence
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Information about the property to be insured (vehicle, property, boat, business, etc.)
- Insurance and/or claims history (depending on the product requested)
- Date of birth (depending on the product requested)
3.2 Navigation on the site
Our site automatically collects certain technical data when you browse:
- IP address
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and duration of visits
- Source of origin (search engine, direct link, etc.)
- Cookie data and browser cookies (see section 7)
4. Purposes of the collection
The personal information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Process your insurance quote request and send you offers
- Connect you with qualified insurance broker partners
- Communicate with you by phone, email or text message as part of your request
- To improve our services, website and user experience
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (AMF, Bill 25, Distribution Act)
- To statistically analyse the use of our website (aggregated data)
We only use your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we have obtained your prior consent.
5. Communication to third parties
5.1 Broker Partners
As part of our insurance comparison and referral activity, your information may be shared with insurance brokers in Quebec and Ontario. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to comply with Bill 25.
5.2 Technology Service Providers
We use third-party technology providers to operate our site. Some of these providers may process personal data on our behalf:
- Google LLC (Analytics, Ads) – servers located in the United States
- FluentForms – online form processing
- Trustindex – display of customer reviews
- ShortPixel – image optimization
These transfers to jurisdictions outside Quebec (including the United States) are subject to a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) in accordance with the requirements of Bill 25.
5.3 No Data Sales
Assur360 Tek Inc. never sells, rents or trades your personal information for commercial purposes. Your data is never passed on to third-party advertisers without your explicit consent.
6. Retention period
Your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

In the event of an incident involving your personal information (unauthorized access, loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure), Assur360 Tek Inc. undertakes to:
- Assess the severity of the incident as soon as possible
- Notify the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) if the incident presents a risk of serious harm
- Inform you personally if your situation warrants it
- Keeping a record of confidentiality incidents

10. Security measures
Assur360 Tek Inc. implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Regular updates of systems and software
