Our brokers work remotely — we recruit throughout Quebec, with a special presence in Thetford Mines (head office), Quebec City, Montreal, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Laval, Longueuil, Gatineau, Lévis, Saguenay, Drummondville and Rimouski. A good internet connection and a quiet workspace are the only geographical requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Do I already need to have an AMF licence to apply?
No. If you are motivated and eligible, Assur360 pays for your Damage Insurance Qualification Program (LLQP) and AMF exams. You are paid during the training.
Is it really 100% teleworking?
Yes for the majority of positions. Our brokers work from Montreal, Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Laval, Longueuil or any other region of QC. The head office in Thetford Mines remains available for those who prefer an office environment.
What salary can I expect?
Typical range: $45,000 (customer service agent) to $95,000 (experienced business broker) on an annual basis, plus uncapped commissions. A senior broker who performs regularly reaches $110,000+.
How long does the recruitment process take?
On average, 2 to 3 weeks between the application and the offer of employment. We respond to each application within 48 working hours.
