The personal information collected by Assur360 is confidential and is only accessible to personnel authorized to respond to requests. Customer files contain only the essential information required to :

• Carry out a complete analysis of the customer's or prospect's needs at all times.
• Initiate a quote for requested products or services.
• Issue an insurance policy if necessary.

Collecting information via Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster to anonymously collect confidential data in order to analyze traffic on our website (assur360.ca). This data is used exclusively to improve the quality of the services and information offered on our site.

Information accuracy

We strive to keep the information in our files accurate, complete and up-to-date. If an individual wishes to verify the accuracy of or make changes to his or her personal information, he or she may contact our Privacy Officer, whose contact information is provided in section 11 of this policy.

Customer consent

No information is collected by Assur360 without the prior consent of the customer or prospect.

Telephone transactions

For telephone transactions, we obtain the consent of the customer or prospect. If a quote or insurance contract concerns a person other than the caller, we ensure that we obtain that person's consent directly.

Recording telephone conversations

For reasons of quality control and information integrity, we may record or listen to telephone conversations.

Use of Email Address

We request detailed and structured consent from our customers before using their e-mail address, in accordance with our anti-spam policy.

Online quotations

By submitting an online form on assur360.ca, customers automatically consent to the use of their personal information to analyze their needs and quote products. They also authorize future communications by telephone, e-mail or other means, in accordance with our anti-spam policy.

Online Subscription and Unsubscription

Our customers can confirm or withdraw their consent to the use of their e-mail address at any time via our online subscription and unsubscription page.

Privacy Policy

We apply strict rules to protect our customers' personal information, including non-disclosure to third parties without consent, except in specific cases authorized by law.

Transmission of information by e-mail

We are not responsible for damages resulting from the interception, loss or modification of transmitted e-mails.
