She has extensive experience in personal insurance management as well as human resources management. From 2007 to 2009, she held the position of supervising coach at Larose & Boissonneault, before becoming a team leader in several Essor Insurance offices, including those in Thetford Mines and Beauce, from 2009 to 2014. <\/p>\n\n
She holds a certificate in organizational management from Universit\u00e9 Laval and has carried out several large-scale projects, particularly in telephony and BMS implementation. She has also contributed to the development of firm’s processes, guides and procedures. <\/p>\n\n
